Wheat Field & Summer Sunset

I took this photo over 19 years ago (7/14/2012). We have lived on the edge of the Urban Growth Boundary for over 20 years. I suspect this wheat field, which has been here on the south slope of Cooper Mountain for at least 50, if not 100 years. Last year they plowed up the wheat field for good and built 4-story apartment buildings and a parking lot.
